The hotel's location is great, near everything i wanted to see. the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their assistance. the room was nice and neat.
the room felt a little small. i could hear some noise from the street at night. it was a bit distracting.

The location is very central, just minutes from the main station. Plenty of shops and restaurants are within easy reach. The staff members I encountered were eager to help and provide assistance.
The ceiling light in my room was quite dim, I needed to use the bedside lamps as well.
